We are purely an online store, with most of our parcels being shipped from Pretoria.

Shipping costs are fixed – it costs R99.00 to ship to major cities and R199.00 to ship to outlying areas. The shipping costs for large parcels (such as travel systems) may vary. These costs will be automatically calculated and added to your order when you enter your shipping details.

One of the most frequently asked questions is, “when will I receive my parcel?”

Customer care is at the heart of Baby Rules and we will always endeavor to send you your goodies as soon as possible. When the payment clears, we will ship your goodies to you the following business day. Please note the following estimated delivery times:
